2022 PRIMARY ENDORSEMENTS

Dear Alameda County Democratic Lawyers Club (ACDLC) Members and Friends. The MGO Democratic Club and the Alameda County Democratic Lawyers Club held a joint candidate endorsement zoom meeting on April 12, 2022 from 7:30-9:00 p.m. The ACDLC consists of approximately 250+ Judges and attorneys who practice law within Alameda County, California.

The ACDLC invited members to attend and hear the spirited candidates who made time to come and speak to us at our public meeting and answer questions.  They were a part of democracy in action.

 Endorsement Results

Alameda County Sheriff

Yesenia Sanchez received the ACDLC Endorsement.

Alameda County Superintendent  of Education

L.K. Monroe received the ACDLC Endorsement

Alameda County Board of Supervisors, District 3
No Endorsement after 4 rounds of Rank Choice Voting.

Alameda County District Attorney
Terry Wiley received the ACDLC Endorsement.

Oakland Measure C (Library Tax Renewal)

Oakland Measure C received the ACDLC Endorsement.

Dues and Voting Rights

Only Dues paying members are allowed to vote at endorsement forums who either live or work as an attorney in Alameda County. Please submit your active bar# with your payment if you wish to be able to vote and receive a ballot.  Non-attorneys are welcomed to attend public events to listen to speakers as respectful guests and observers only.
